We are getting error "554 Error create msg: mail: missing word in phrase: charset not supported: “windows-1251” on Sendgrid for this domain. All other temporary emails like 10 minute emails are working.
Please suggest reasons.

Our mail parser does not support the encoding windows-1252. I would recommend sending in UTF-8 encoding. According to Wikipedia
UTF-8 is dominant for all countries/languages on the internet, with 99% global average use, is used in most standards, often the only allowed encoding, and is supported by all modern operating systems and programming languages.
For this reason alone, I think it is worthwhile for you to change your encoding to UTF-8 away from windows-1252.
