Catch-all 554 Sender denied, should go premium?

Hello !
I have a domaine that catch-all email on a mailsac adresse
When i send email i have an error :

expanded from [email protected]): host
in.mailsac.com[52.10.8.95] said: 554 Sender denied,

If i bought a premium the forward will work ?

Changing will not help.

Could you provide the following information so I can confirm the reason sending was denied?

  • the IP address you are sending from

  • the email addresses you are sending to, and/or the domain you are sending TO

  • the from email addresses, and/or the domain you are sending FROM

  • Time frames when messages were sent. A ball park is ok, like, “from 8am - 9am on Dec 3rd GMT we sent 100 messages and only 85 were received” or just “I tried sending 5 messages from 8am - 9am GMT Dec 3rd and none of them went through”
